- Company founded by pharmacist Wilhelm Jäkle in Nuremberg
- 1910
- Acquisition of the company by the direct family line of one of today’s managing partners
- 1943
- Start of reconstruction after the destruction of office and warehouse facilities during air raids
- 1966
- First sales of Bayer AG coating raw materials
- 1969
- Membership of PENTA, a cooperation of medium-sized, independent chemical distributors
- 1972
- Construction of the warehouses with rail sidings at the current company headquarters
- 1971-85
- Relocation of the administration department to its current site; holdings and acquisitions of further companies and construction of the then most modern plant for filling acids and alkaline solutions
- 1986
- 100-year company anniversary, executive board taken over by the 3rd generation
- 1990-96
- Expansion of the company to one of the most modern warehousing and filling companies in the chemicals trade in Europe
- 1998
- 4th generation takes over the executive board
- 1999
- Acquisition of the company Christensen, Schwartz & Co. from Hamburg, renamed to CSC JÄKLECHEMIE
- 2000-06
- 06 Continuous expansion in the German/Austrian/Swiss market and into Scandinavia, Central Europe and Eastern Europe; modern CRM, ERP and VMI systems established

- Connection to the CG Group Hanover/Laatzen and modernisation of the company with new technical facilities for food additives and USP goods

- Expansion of filling capacities for safety containers

- Generation change and expansion of the executive board
